Pay Codes

Pay codes allow the Timekeeping Administrator to define codes for 3rd Party Software. These codes can be numeric or alphanumeric. He/she can also define if the pay type counts toward overtime, if the request type should display in time off requests, if the request is with pay, or if the request should count towards the grand total. Default pay codes are Vacation, Sick, Personal and Holiday. Time Administrators can also enter up to 10 company-specific pay codes. If interfacing with a 3rd Party payroll software system, please refer to the software administrator or manual for these codes.
