What's New in This Sprint?

Enhancements to CSI’s Mobile Banking Apps and the digital interface for CSI Internet Banking will begin deployment on December 16, 2021.

A brief description of all enhancements in this version is provided below.

Sprint 13

LinkLive Banking

  • Desktop Screen Sharing **New Feature**

    The LinkLive Banking feature now offers desktop screen sharing. This new tool will allow customer service agents to provide quick, efficient assistance to customers.

    Desktop Sharing

    1. During a chat session, the user will click the Monitor icon in the chat tool bar to start a screen share, then click Share Desktop in the pop-up screen to continue.

    2. On the Choose What to Share screen, the user will need to select the screen, window, or browser tab with the relevant information, then click Share.

    3. The screen will now be displayed to the customer service agent. The user will see their screen being shared in the chat window.

    4. To leave the screen share and return to the chat, the user can click the Monitor icon in the chat tool bar.

  • Customer Service Chat

    Users can once again launch a Customer Service chat from the Digital Banking login screen without entering credentials if your bank offers the LinkLive chat feature.

ACH

ACH batches will now be assigned confirmation numbers only after the batch has been approved.

Digital Banking Administration

  • Emails and Push Notifications sent to a large group of users through Digital Banking Administration will now be delivered faster thanks to improvements in our distribution process.
  • As expected, the following transaction limit fields will now be displayed in Digital Banking Administration when ACH and/or External Transfers are enabled for your bank:

Payments and Transfers

  • Payments will no longer appear more than once when searching Bill Pay History. Previously, the same payment would be displayed in search results multiple times if it matched more than one search term.
  • As expected, the Escrow payment type will not be available to users making a loan payment from an external account. Incoming ACH transactions can only be applied as a regular payment or as a (non-specified) credit.

Personal Financial Management (PFM)

The Spending Wheel tile will now be labeled as "Spending" on both the Personal Financial Management tab and in the Hide Dashboard Tiles settings.

Positive Pay Decision Reporting

The Positive Pay Decision Report will now populate as expected when generated in PDF. Before, the report would not return results for some users regardless of date and criteria selected.

Sprint 12

Custom Text for Autobooks ** New Feature**

A custom message can now be displayed along the top of the Autobooks tab. This message can be established and edited within Digital Banking Administration.

  1. From the Bank Settings Tab – Custom Text Sub-Tab, open the Accounts dropdown.
  2. Select Autobooks, then enter your custom message over the default message displayed in the text box.
  3. Select Save. The new text will now be displayed whenever the Autobooks tab is open in Digital Banking.

Bill Pay

The Bill Pay chat widget will no longer be displayed to business users on the Move Money tab. Business users receive Bill Pay support directly from iPay.

New Account Funding

The ability to fund a new savings account within Digital Banking has been restored.

Multi-Factor Authentication

When a user is locked out due to failed Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) attempts, the error message “User has been locked out,” will no longer be hidden behind the MFA prompt.
