Schedule tab

Warning! Change this tab with guidance from CSI ONLY!

This tab allows management of scheduling import/cutoff times for transaction files. It is also available for Mobile Only financial institutions. The last time an extract or update completed displays as well for review.

  • Include items in transaction file for NSF accounts: Default Value=true (check box is checked): When checked, items are included in the file for accounts that are NSF.
  • Transaction Import Time (Central Time Zone): The time entered indicates when the transaction file from the enterprise banking solution system is imported.
  • Import Transactions Now: Default Value=False (check box unchecked): When checked, (true) the bank may import transaction files at any given time, regardless of the above Transaction Import Time.
  • Import Transactions Now (Without Alerts): Similar to the above option, except alerts will not be generated when the import is brought in.
  • Transaction Cutoff Time (Central Time Zone): The time entered indicated the time for transaction cutoffs. After this time is reached, the following transactions occur as of the next business day. This is when scheduled advances/payments/transfers will be made.
  • Create Transaction File Now: Default Value=False(check box is unchecked): when checked, (true) the bank may create a transaction file at any given time, regardless of the above Transaction Cutoff Time.
  • Positive Pay Issued File Cutoff Time (Central Time Zone): Allows banks to set a time for the issued checks file to be created.
  • Create Positive Pay Issued File Now: Default Value=False(check box is unchecked): when checked, (true) the bank may create a Positive Pay Issued file at any given time, regardless of the above Cutoff Time.
  • Positive Pay Decision Cutoff Time (Central Time Zone): The cut off time when decisions are to be completed.
  • Create Positive Pay Decision File Now: If the bank is using positive pay, this option will create a decision file immediately instead of waiting until the scheduled time.
  • Create Auto ACH File Now: By selecting this box, you are triggering the system to immediately create an ACH file upon saving your changes. Normally, files are created based on the ACH Cutoff Time schedule instead.
  • ACH Processing Cutoff Time (Central Time Zone): Determines when e-mail is sent to the employees who have the "Receive E-mail for ACH" permission, showing what batches are waiting to be worked for that day.

Note: The ACH Processing Cutoff Time field will not be seen if ACH files are automatically generated. The latest time in the Auto ACH Generation Times grid acts as the ACH cutoff time.

  • Same Day ACH Cutoff Time (Central Time Zone): Customers can schedule ACH batches to be processed the same day until this time. Default is 12:30 PM.
  • ACH Filter Decision Cutoff Time (Central Time Zone): Users are unable to make decisions on Transactions for the current date once this time has passed.
  • Advance ACH Batches Time (Central Time Zone): Determines the time when batches will get moved from a locked status of "Processing", and moved to either unscheduled batches, scheduled batches or removed from the system based off of how the batch was built.
  • Create Morning Markups, Morning Markup Time, and Create Morning Markups: Create Morning Markups is displayed by default.
    • Create Morning Markups: When the Create Morning Markups option is disabled, scheduled transfers are not marked up on their scheduled date and do not appear on accounts until transaction file is created. When this option is enabled and saved, two other settings (Morning Markup Time, Create Morning Markups) are displayed. When the Create Morning Markups option is enabled, scheduled transactions are marked up at the time entered in the "Morning Markup Time" setting.
    • Morning Markup Time: At this time, any scheduled transactions will be marked up and will appear as pending transaction in both the enterprise banking solution and digital banking. If the bank wishes to mark up scheduled transactions prior to the time, they may change the time or they can mark the Create Markups Now option and markups will be generated at that time. Customers will only be able to do instant transfers/payments advances after the morning mark up time. The earliest they could schedule a transaction to happen would be the next day. When a scheduled transaction is deleted in Digital Banking, the corresponding markup (if it has already been created) will also be deleted at the time the scheduled transaction is deleted.
  • Account Analysis Extract Cutoff Time (Central Time Zone): If the ability for cash management for account analysis has been enabled for your bank, then this field will appear. This is the time when the Account Analysis file will be created.
  • Create Account Analysis Extract Now: If the ability for cash management for account analysis has been enabled for your bank, then this field will appear. The Enable Account Analysis Extract File checkbox in Bank Settings > Account tab must be checked for this option to display here.

By clicking on this link, you can designate a date range for creating the extract file.

These dates will then appear on the Transactions > Schedule screen.

Select Save to save these dates, or edit or cancel the extract by clicking on the appropriate link.

The Account Analysis Extract Report can be found under Reports > Daily Functions, and it will display the number of logins for Digital Banking and Bill Pay users for the timeframe of the extract; if there were no logins, a 0 will be displayed.

Task Completion Pane

On the right of the Schedule tab, the dates and times of recent extracts and file creations display. These times are for review purposes only.
