How do I unlock a Sub-User?

To unlock a Sub-user:

1. Log in to the master user's account.
2. Navigate to Manage Profile >> Sub Users.

   

3. All locked sub-users will be highlighted in red with "LOCKED" in red above their names.

   

4. Select the sub-user that you wish to unlock. The following will appear:

   

5. Select the red banner at the top that says Unlock. The following will appear:

   

6. A confirmation message will appear.
