Setting up Blacklist/Whitelist Access for Admin Users

A short video is available to demonstrate this process.

After CSI enables customer Blacklisting and Whitelisting, the bank will need to complete the following setup for at least one admin user.

  1. Navigate to Security>>Employees.

  2. Search for the employee and click edit.

  3. Enable Edit Bank Blacklist and Edit Customer Whitelist and save the profile.
