Secure Tokens

Secure Tokens are a multi-factor authentication system involving a hardware or software solution that generates a one-time use passcode to be entered on the digital banking system. Token support allows the financial institution to individually enroll customers or employees they believe need this additional layer of security. Customers can opt to utilize a physical hardware fob that will generate a random security code that can be required at login. This random security code can also be required to perform various cash management functions as well as external transfers.

Customers and employees will also be able to utilize a software token that can be used as an app on their mobile device that provides the same functionality as the hardware fob.
