Reporting
There are several reports that monitor activity and security within CSI Digital Banking, some of which are:
- Cash Management Batch Approval/Unapproval Report
- Cash Management Company Maintenance
- Customer Access Change Report, shows Security alert changes, dual authorization changes
- Transaction Reports from CSI Digital Banking match back to Transaction Report from Meridian.
- Fraud Anomaly Detection (FAD) monitoring and reporting module
