For security, users are automatically logged out of CSIeSafe after 15 minutes of inactivity.

Browse to the CSIeSafe website: https://www.csiesafe.com/login.com.

Click on Forgot Password

Enter your Username (email address associated with your CSIeSafe account) and complete the CAPTCHA characters request. 

Click Email Me. An email will be sent to your regular email client. 

Close your CSIeSafe browser tab. 

Check your regular email client inbox for a Password Reset Request from CSIeSafe. Click on the link provided.

A Reset Password browser tab will open. Enter your new password and click Submit

The message, Your password has been successfully changed!, will display beside the Submit button. Click on Return to Login.

Log into CSIeSafe with your username and newly changed password.

Passwords must contain at least 8 alphanumeric characters.

CSIeSafe requires users to change their password every 90 days.

Users are not permitted to reuse any of their previous four passwords.

If you were provided a password from your financial institution and have never signed into the site before, you will need to ask your bank to provide the password to you again.

The Forgot Password request screen (browser tab) must be closed after you click Email Me. If you click the link within the reset password email without closing the browser tab first, the loop can occur.

Users are locked out of CSIeSafe after six unsuccessful login attempts. The lockout will automatically expire after 30 minutes and the user can attempt logging in again or use the Forgot Password feature.
