Converting to PDF Format
In the full version of Adobe Acrobat (5.0 or higher), users have the ability to add variables to company-specific forms. To do this, the forms must first be converted to PDF format.
To convert the document to PDF format, select “Print” from the program’s menu.
Select “Acrobat Distiller” from the Name dropdown menu.
Adobe Acrobat will automatically launch when the file is converted to PDF.
