Exporting Page Content

120788 New Export All Feature - NEW CKJ

Site Administrators can use the Export All feature to quickly gather all page content in PDF file format.  You may find this useful for archiving, distributing, or reviewing the information for updates. The data is exported to a compressed .zip file which contains a separate PDF file for each file uploaded to the page. There is an additional PDF file which provides an itemized listing of all exported files. This file is displayed as _page.

Why would they want to do this?

I was just brainstorming here.  You may have better ideas for reasons to use this.

Have you seen a sample file?  Does it just combine all of the text on the page?  Does it include the URL for links?  Does it list the content for links?

1. Navigate to the desired page, click the dropdown arrow to the left of the page title and then click Export All.

2. The .zip file will be displayed once all page content is exported.

3. Double click to open the .zip file. Once open, you can view the pdf files of the page contents and the itemized file listing.

In the sample below, which file is the page content and which one is the file listing?
