Sending Email

To send an email via CSI Secure Connect Email,

Click View Address Book to access the User and Contacts email directories.

Use the search box to find a user, contact or both. Enter the name (first or last) in the box (this search is not case sensitive) and click on the Search button.  

Select the addressee and To-> or CC->.  

To select addresses by Classification or Contact, click on the appropriate folder; click on Everyone to send to all people in the folder, then click the To-> button.  

At the bottom of the addressee form, the Email Client or Copy and Paste button must be selected.


Email Client

Connects to the email software on the PC’s desktop.  A desktop email client will keep copies of sent and incoming emails on the PC.  Some email clients will not accept more than 240 characters of addresses so a warning will be displayed.

Copy and Paste

Allows you to copy the addresses from Webmail and paste them into an email client or file.

Now the message is ready to have the subject and content entered and attachments included, if needed.  When the content is complete, click on Send Message.
