Work Flow

The Work Flow function allows you to create processes and assignments that require multiple steps from multiple users. To access Work Flow, Site Administrators must grant security rights to users.

A Work Flow is a process that contains different tasks created for the organization. The tasks within Work Flow can contain multiple steps, which are defined as actions to be taken to complete the process. Tasks within a Work flow are executed simultaneously, while steps within a task are executed sequentially.

Work Flow (entire process)

Task 1 (begins when the Work Flow is launched)

                   Step A (must be completed before Step B is executed)
                   Step B (must be completed before Step C is executed)
                   Step C

Task 2 (begins when the Work Flow is launched)

Step Y (must be completed before Step Z is executed)
