Existing Tab

Select Add New Record.

There are 3 sections to the Existing Tab.

  • Search by Assigned TIN (s): This section allows association of social security number to the User Login.
  • Select Accounts: This section allows selection of existing accounts on the core system within the extract from which to choose for inclusion in the Digital Banking site.
  • Search by Account: Allows search by account number for selection.

To Search by Assigned SSN/TIN (s):

  1. Enter the social security number/TIN associated with the User Login and select Search. The accounts available for selection appear in the Select Accounts section

  2. Select the accounts to include, and select Add Account(s) to complete the selection process.

To Search by Account:

  1. Enter the account number and select Search. The accounts selected display, and may be selected.
