New Tab

Note: The tab labeled New is present only if the bank is "real time." This should only be used when a new customer is added and at the same time that digital banking is being established. This tab should only be used for that one-time use.

  1. There are 2 sections of the New Tab.
    • Search By: allows searching for immediate display of accounts matching criteria entered.
    • Select Accounts: allows selection of accounts matching the criteria.

  2. Enter the selection criteria, select account type or Social Security number, then enter the account number or SSN to search.
  3. Select the accounts to include and select Add Account(s).

Note: Accounts tied to the customer's SSN and built after Digital Banking was installed will be automatically enabled for their Digital Banking access as long as the bank setting "Auto-Relate New Accounts" is turned on. Accounts tied to the SSN and built before Digital Banking was installed will have to be manually enabled.
