Viewing and Restoring Deleted Customers

View deleted customers by selecting Show deleted customers. A customer may be restored by selecting Restore.

You will be prompted to confirm.

Once restored, an admin will need to go search for the user record; it will no longer display under Deleted Users.

• The customer will no longer appear under Show Deleted Customers.
• Before the customer can login, the User Status must be set back to active from being disabled. (Security Settings >> Customers tab >> User Tab Fields) Click the lock/timer icon to most the customer to an active state.
• The user record will restore with accounts that were tied to it when it was moved to a deleted status.
• The customer account can then be reset and an email will be sent to the customer with login information. (Security Settings >> Customers tab)
