What is a Sub-User?
Creating Sub-Users allows the account holder to create logins to give limited access to their accounts.
- For example, a company president would likely have full access, but would want for the Payroll person to have access to Payroll files, etc.
- In another example, a parent may want to give a child limited access to accounts to view balances or learn to balance the account, but not create transactions.
Admin Sub-Users
If your bank has the option enabled, you will have the ability to assign your sub-users some administrative authority.
- For example, a company president may wish to allow an assistant or vice-president access to manage other sub-users and their permissions.
