The Fiserv bill payment system is commonly referred to as CheckFree. The CSI Digital Banking product integrates with the Fiserv bill pay system in a single sign on (SSO) mode.

The two systems exchange user information behind the scenes, giving the financial institution’s customer a seamless integration.

The admin systems are not integrated and maintenance of bill pay information is required in both systems.
