iPay

iPay is a bill payment provider owned by Jack Henry. The CSI Digital Banking product integrates with the iPay bill pay system through API services for Consumer Bill Pay Services and SSO for Business Bill Pay services.

The two systems exchange user information behind the scenes giving the financial institution’s customer a seamless integration.

The admin systems are not integrated and maintenance of bill pay information is required in both systems.
