Allow Attachments from Customer

ENABLED:

The Send Attachments permission on the Edit Customer screen is editable:

Note: The default setting for Send Attachments on the Edit Customer screen is determined by the Allow Attachments switch on the Bank Settings >> Account Defaults tab. If this switch is enabled here, newly setup customers will default to be able to send attachments.

With Send Attachments Enabled, Customers have the Attach File option available when sending support email:

With Send Attachments Disabled, the Attach File option will not be visible.

DISABLED:

The Send Attachments permission on the Edit Customer screen will not be visible:
