CIF Multi-Factor Authentication for Self-Enrollment

The Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) option for the Digital Banking Self-Enrollment process validates a user based on information from their CIF record.

When CIF MFA is enabled, the user will complete this verification as the last step of the self-enrollment process. When prompted, they will select a masked email address or phone number from their CIF record to receive a link for verification. They must use this link to authenticate their access and finish the setup process.

This provides an additional layer of security to help prevent fraudulent access through Digital Banking.
