Reviewing and Deleting Employees

There are two drop-down boxes on this page.

  • The first allows sorting of employees by who has been invited (outgoing email envelope), has not been invited (blank), and who has completed the setup process (green check mark).

  • The second allows viewing and/or sorting which employees are currently offline (grey image), online (blue image), and locked out (lock).

  • To see the description of the symbol, hold the mouse pointer over the symbol.

  • There are also text boxes at the top of the columns that allow you to search by Employee Name, User Name and Email address. These fields are not case sensitive and are a string search. For example: If "rob" is entered, any employee that has rob in the name is selected, such as rob; Robert or Frank Robbins.

  • The check box Show deleted employees opens a screen listing all deleted employees. Selecting the Restore option asks for confirmation.

  • Once, restored, an option to email re-inviting the employee to login is offered.

    NOTE: If the user name of the deleted employee exists as a current employee, the restoring process will not complete.

  • To delete an employee, select the Delete option.

  • Confirm the delete process by selecting OK.
