To unlock a customer’s access:

  1. User SSN: Enter the Social Security Number of the customer.
  2. Lock: Click the Lock icon to unlock the user.

    • Last Login: displays the last date and time the customer accessed the voice system
    • Locked Date: displays the date and time the customer was locked out
    • Refresh: refreshes the screen display with appropriate changes
