To Lock Out a customer’s access:

  1. Add User: Select the option by clicking the plus sign.
  2. Enter SSN: Enter the Social Security Number of the customer desired
  3. Lock User: Select Lock User to disable access for the customer. A lock icon then appears.

    • Reset PIN: Allows for resetting of the PIN when needed by the customer.

      Locate the customer using the search tool entering the Social Security Number. The PIN is then changed to the last 4 digits of their social security number. Upon the next access, the customer is required to change the PIN at that time.

    • Accounts: Allows for adding or removing accounts on a SSN.
    • Delete: Removes a User SSN from the Users tab. Users are still able to log in to the voice system, but they are treated as new users, as they will have to create a new PIN during their first account inquiry. When choosing this option, any additional accounts that were added to the SSN using the Accounts option will have to be added again once the user is added back to the Accounts tab
