Account Access

This screen displays accounts that have had invalid login attempts, locked accounts, and accounts that have previously been locked. It lists the type of account and account number.

• Lock icon: Allows you to unlock a locked account.
• Number Logins: lists a running total of the number of logins.
• Login Attempts: tracks the failed login attempts for each account; this field is reset to zero after a successful login.
• Last Login: displays the date and time of the last login for the account. Will not display a date and time if the account has not yet had a successful login.
• Locked Date: Will display the date and time the account was locked out. Will not display a date and time if the account is not currently locked.
