Users

The Users tab allows setup of locked-out customers. Occasionally a customer might want his access locked out for security purposes. The financial institution administrator or employee may lock out the customer from this tab.

It is also useful to assist those customers that have accidentally locked themselves out. The financial institution administrator or employee unlocks the user from this tab. The Users tab will also let account affiliation to be added to an SSN.
