Lost ATM/Credit Card:

When financial institution enables, the customer can report a lost card via the voice system.

  • Disabled: the customer will not have access to report a lost card via the voice system and would need to contact the financial institution.
  • Play Wav File: plays an instructional message for reporting lost cards. This message is directed as the financial institution wishes according to their message.

  • Enabled: plays an instructional message including the hours of the financial institution, the main phone number for the financial institution and the after-hours number. This allows a call transfer to the numbers listed here.
