Deposit Verification/Deposit Challenge: System creates  2 credits and 1 debit, the customer will need to confirm the transaction amounts from their external account and verify amounts on their Digital Banking

Transaction Challenge verification for Customer

Go to "Move Money" and go to your list of payees:

Select the External Account needing verification:

Select Verify External Account:

Fill in amounts from the test transaction that was sent to the account.

Once the correct information is entered, the account will be available for transfers.
