Reporting Lost Authenticators

If an authenticator is lost before it is assigned, click the Lost link beside it to report it.

You will then be prompted to confirm the action.

Clicking the cancel button will cancel the action and the token will remain on the Unassigned tab. Clicking the OK button will confirm the action and will move the token from the Unassigned tab to the Lost tab.

Unassigned tokens that are reported as lost will not display a name on the Lost tab since a name was never assigned to the token. You can differentiate tokens by their serial number.
