Card Alerts

You can customize alerts for your cards in the Manage Alerts >> Card Alerts section.

You can select each card to view greater detail and set up alerts.

When you select "Enable alerts for this card," you will be prompted for more information:

  • Alert Type: Alerts can be triggered based on the following transaction statuses:
    • Approved
    • Declined
    • All

And can be delivered via selected channels based on which fields you complete:

  • SMS Text Message (Mobile Phone Number)

    "Your card ending in 7338 has processed a transaction for $6.17 and the transaction was APPROVED."

  • Email

  • Both text message and email

When you are finished entering your preferences, select Save.
