Compose New Message

  1. Click the Compose New Message button.

  2. The following will be displayed:

  3. Choose a Delivery Method:
    • Message Only (Default): The message will only be sent to the user's Digital Banking inbox.

    • Push Only: The message will appear as a push notification on the user’s mobile device. (Your bank must opt in by contacting Customer Support.)

    • Message & Push: The message will be sent to both the Digital Banking inbox and as a push notification.
  4. Next, select Recipients:

    • Click Select All Users to send the message to all available users enrolled in Digital Banking. If you are sending a push notification, the message will be sent to all users with a push-enabled device.
    • Click Select Users to search for specific users to receive the message. Users with a push-enabled device saved to their profile are displayed in the search window with the mobile device icon .

  5. Enter the message and/or push notification settings as indicated below:

    If Push Only was selected as the delivery method, then the Push Notifications Settings screen will display. Enter the Title and Message, then click Send Push.

    If Message & Push was selected as the delivery method, then both the Push Notifications and Message Settings will display. Complete the information for the Push Message and the Inbox Message and click Send Message & Push.

    • Category: The options in the dropdown will vary upon the categories setup in the the Categories Tab
    • Subject: The subject of the email message
    • User(s) can reply: Selecting this box will allow the recipients to reply to message.
    • User must reply before continuing: Selecting this box forces the recipients to reply before they can do anything else.
    • Attach File: Allows a file from the user's PC or network to be attached to the email message. Attach File is only available if Allow Attachments from Bank under Messages >> Settings is enabled, and the employee composing the message has permission to attach files.
