Manage External Accounts

Go to Cash >> Manage External Accounts.

This tab contains a grid named External Accounts where admin users (depending on permissions) are able to do the following:

Note: The grid only displays external accounts that have yet to be verified. Admins can display all verified accounts by clicking Show All Accounts.

Add New External Accounts

Click the Add New External Account button. The Details screen will appear and you may fill out all corresponding information to the external account.

**You can even add Message Text in the screen above by going to the Bank Settings >> Page Text tab on the admin site.

Verify External Accounts

Check the Verified column of the accounts you wish to verify and click Save All.

View/Edit External Account Details

Click the View/Edit option next to the account .

Delete External Accounts

Click Delete next to the account you wish to delete.  This will also delete any scheduled transfers tied to the account.
