Adding a New External Account (Loan) as an Employee

Note: Admins can ONLY add an External Loan if both Deposit Challenge and Manual verification are turned on.

  1. Click Add New External Account.

  2. Fill in required information.  Note: when adding a loan account, the manual verification process is required as deposit verification cannot be applied to a loan account.

  3. Once added, you will need to approve the account by check-marking the verified box and clicking Save.
