How to Customize Text on the Transaction Dispute Screens

The standard wording on the Transaction Dispute Form and Success screens can be customized by your bank using the steps listed below.

  1. From the Bank Settings >> Custom Text tab, open the Accounts dropdown.
  2. Select Transaction Dispute.

  3. Edit the standard message displayed in the text box and select Save.
  4. The new text will now be displayed when the user opens the Transaction Dispute screen.

To customize the Success screen:

  1. Select Transaction Dispute Success from the Accounts dropdown.
  2. Edit the standard message displayed in the text box and select Save.
  3. The new text will now be displayed when a user successfully submits a Transaction Dispute.
