Mobile Remote Deposit Capture Campaign

Not only does the Mobile Banking app offer your Digital Banking users a convenient way to access their accounts, it can also be used to make deposits.

To increase knowledge of the mobile app and its features, your Digital Banking users will begin seeing a "campaign card" that promotes its use. This campaign card is available at no additional cost and will be enabled as a default for all banks utilizing Mobile Remote Deposit Capture (mRDC).

Note: The campaign will be hidden for any bank or user that does not have the "Enable Mobile Remote Deposit Capture" permission set.

Users that access Digital Banking through a browser will see the following message:

Users that already access Digital Banking through the mobile app will see the following message:

Once the campaign is presented, the user will have the ability to click on the link to download the app or access the mobile check deposit feature if the app is already in use. A Dismiss button will be displayed on the campaign card if the user no longer wishes to see it.

Your bank also has the ability to customize the verbiage displayed for the campaign or disable the campaign if needed.
