Clearing User Dismissals

Bank Administrators can reinstate the campaign for all users that have clicked on the Dismiss button.

To clear all dismissals,

1. Select the Clear Dismissals link from the Campaign Management screen.

   

2. Select OK on the Clear All User Dismissals screen.

   

3. Select OK on the Campaign Dismissals Cleared screen.

   

4. The campaign card will be presented again to any user that had previously dismissed the campaign card.
