First-Time Login
A digital banking implementation representative will add the first bank employee by entering the employee name, user name and the email address. The user name can be user specific, selected by the employee. An employee cannot change their own username; however, an administrator can change it for them if needed.
There is a limitation of 50 characters on the user name. The employee receives an email inviting them to the Digital Banking site to complete the login setup.
To log in as Administrator, access the website address using the URL provided by CSI during the initial setup phase.
Enter the User name and click Login.
From a list of 15 possible security questions, select the 3 questions you prefer and provide the answers to the questions. Click Save. These answers will validate the login.
Select the Security Image and the Greeting. These will help ensure that you are on the correct website.
Then enter the password. The financial institution defines the password conventions and limitations. Complex passwords require at least 8 characters using upper, lower, numeric, and special characters. Non-complex passwords require at least 6 characters, containing at least 1 letter, and one number.
