Geo-Location Exceptions report

This report pulls the user name, IP address, and the activity date of logins made by customers.

You are able to filter by date, IP Address, and user name.

The IP address field has no limit on the numbers of characters that can be entered, but if an invalid address is entered, you will receive a message stating to please enter a valid one.

The user name field also does not have a limit to the number of characters you may enter; however, if an invalid one is entered, no information will appear. If no user name is entered when filtering by this option, information on all users will appear on the report.
