Areas of Evaluation

CSI Fraud Anomaly Detections evaluates the following areas of digital banking:

  • ACH
  • Wires
  • Transfers (Internal and External)
  • Loan Payments
  • Loan Advances
  • Bill Pay (for Integrated Bill Pay Customers with iPay ONLY) – since CSI and iPay are closely integrated via an API (Application Programming Interface), CSI is able to monitor a large portion of iPay bill pay activity. For banks using Check Free, the data is not shared with CSI and thus cannot be evaluated with the Fraud Anomaly Detection system.

Note: All ACHs and Wires will be flagged in the admin approval screens of digital banking for any sessions in which the user submitted an ACH or Wire while being considered over their anomalous point cap.
