Tracking

The CSIeSafe Tracking feature allows you to track the secure messages that you have sent and monitor whether or not your messages have been picked up. You can also manage any draft messages from this tab.

Tracking Sent Items

Email messages and attachments, excluding financial statements, will be stored in your CSIeSafe Inbox for only 30 days unless they are moved to My Safe. Financial statement messages will remain in the Inbox for at least 90 days, but will then be deleted according to the bank's retention policy if not moved to MySafe.

If an email message hasn't been picked up by the recipient, you can re-send it or you can re-send a notification that it is available to pick up.

To view sent items:

Login to CSIeSafe.

Click on the Tracking tab along the top of your screen. All CSIeSafe messages that have been sent from your account will display under the List section on the left side of your screen.
