Manage Email Templates tab
The Manage Email Templates tab allows admins to add, edit, delete, and assign templates. The Alert Email templates have been incorporated in this tab.
The Edit Email Templates section on the right allows for managing the emails that will be sent when it is assigned to an action on the left. The drop down for each action on the left will list all email templates that are on the right. After adding and saving a new template, it will be included in the drop down menu.

- ACH Alert: Sent to user to let them know that an ACH batch has been rejected (unapproved).
- AE Manage Auto Enroll Users: This is an admin alert trigged based on employee permission when a new user has gone through the self-enrollment process and needs to be approved to gain access to digital banking
- Manage Wire Alerts: Any wire alert can trigger this feature (approved/processed/confirmed. Just change out the wording based on alert for the structure below:
- Edit Batch Alert
- Money Manager Alert: Sent when a user approves an ACH batch.
- Account Alert: Any account alert that can triggered falls into this category (please see alert data tag information for sample alert structures).
- User Wire Alert: This is sent to a user when a wire is created, approved, or deleted (please see alert data tag information for sample alert structure).
- Sub-User Setup/Invite
- Employee New Wire Alert: this is an admin alert that is triggered based on employee permissions when a user builds a new wire within digital banking.
- Employee Wire Approval Alert
- External Transfers: This is a customer alert that is triggered when a new external ACH transfer is created

- Meridian Notice: This is a notice that a Meridian customer receives when a notice is available to view online.

- Challenge Deposit Ready: Sent to a user when an account challenge has been made.
