View/Edit Details as an Employee

Employees can view and edit details of an external account by clicking the "View/Edit Details" link if they have permission to edit external accounts.

When viewing/editing an external account with a status of Pending or Rejected, all of the fields will be editable except the username. If the username needs to be changed, a new external account will have to be created.

When viewing/editing an external account with a status of In Process or Verified, the only fields that are editable are the Receiver Name, Bank Name, and Account Name.
