Messages tab

Messages refers to correspondence with customers via email. This excludes invite emails, forgotten logins, and password resets, as those emails are customized on other tabs under Bank Settings.

This tab allows you to customize miscellaneous emails sent to customers.

To review correspondence, use the Inbox tab.
