Terms Acceptance report

This report is often used for the reference of accounts signed up for online statements. Suggested parameters:

  • Running by detail is best
  • Enter date range to search by
  • Username, Name, Email: typically leave these blank
  • Category : allows you to view which disclosure you want to look at and who has accepted it.  The most used is likely to be statements.
  • Version: view ‘newest only’ or all; we typically advise running it "newest only" to eliminate those that have already been worked.

Summary Report

Enter a Start Date and End Date, then select Get Report:

It will bring up a General Acceptance Report.

  • Category row is the different types of terms that are available and set by the bank.
  • The Title row is the custom title the Bank Admin applies to each Term
  • Version is the version number for the Term. Every time a term is altered or created new the version number will change to the next number in order.
  • Effect Date is the date the term was altered or created
  • Username lists all the different active user names and whether or not they’ve accepted the report
  • Total Accepted is the total number of users who have accepted the terms
  • Total Not Accepted is the total number of user who have not accepted the terms
  • Total User shows the total number of active users

**Note** If the Terms effective date is before the Start Date it will not be in the report

If "Show Non-Active Users" is checked, it will then display all active users and also all users who are not active, deleted or disabled.

The (New User) username is a user that was set up by the bank but never finished the whole user set-up process and username was never assigned. Deleted usernames are shown as well as usernames disabled by the bank.

You can also search specifically by username in the UserName field.

The searched username will be the only user shown:

The username field will also search for all names that contain that keyword. For instance, if we type in wayne, it will pull up both usernames bwayne and jwayne in the report

Below is an example of it looks like with different versions of the Terms Category

Detail Report

The Detail Report includes a few new fields over the Summary report.

  • Category: allows you to choose a specific Term Category that is labeled by the bank.
  • Version: allows the choice of Newest version for all categories, Newest version for a certain category, or All versions.

With Category set to ALL and username blank, the Terms Acceptance Detail Report will list all users who have accepted the terms and also users who have seen the terms but have not accepted them.

This report will show you the user and each account they have accepted the terms for.  If your bank offers online notices, it will distinguish for you wish one they agreed for, using an ‘S’ for statements and ‘N’ for notices.
