Edit Customer >> Devices

Devices can be managed within the Edit Customer >> Devices window.

OOBA, text banking, text alerts, and push notifications settings for each user’s device can be edited here. The settings displayed here will also vary based on bank settings. Landline devices will only have the ability to edit OOBA.

Note: Devices that do not have a phone number (iPads, tablets, etc.) can receive Push Alerts but NOT Text Alerts, Text Banking, or OOBA.
