How to Set Up Card Alerts

Manage Cards will show the cards tied to the user and if they are in a card on/off status.

By clicking the > to the right of the card, you can access greater information, including the ability to manage alerts for that particular card:

When you select "Enable alerts for this card," you will be prompted for more information:

  • Alert Type: Alerts can be triggered based on the following transaction statuses:
    • Approved
    • Declined
    • All

And can be delivered via selected channels based on which fields you complete:

  • SMS Text Message (Mobile Phone Number)

    "Your card ending in 7338 has processed a transaction for $6.17 and the transaction was APPROVED."

  • Email

  • Both text message and email

When you are finished entering your preferences, select Save.
