My Information

You can update your profile with additional contact information. The information located here is then used when other CSIeSafe users add you to their My Contacts list and vice versa.

Login to CSIeSafe.

Click on the My Account tab along the top of your screen. Your My Information tab is the default screen that will display.

The following information boxes are available for you to complete/update:

Required Personal Information: your first and last name, email/username, phone number and Set Password button

NOTE:  To set your password, click the Set Password button. A box will display asking you to enter your new password twice. Passwords must be at least eight characters in length and alphanumeric. Click Submit when you are finished entering your new password.

Other Personal Information: personal and mobile phones, pager and fax

Personal Address Information: street, apt #, city, state and zip

Business Address Information: street, apt #, city, state and zip

When you are finished entering/editing your information in the appropriate boxes, click Update at the bottom of the screen. Any changes to your information will now display on the My Information screen.
