Text Transactions report

Text Transactions will generate a report with all alerts sent out via phone text within a specified Sent Date. You can also narrow it down to a specified time using Sent Time but the Sent Dates must match or Sent Time will not work. Filters can be applied to narrow down your search even further.

The report offers results that can be viewable in either a summary view or a detail view that is sortable by date, username, and device number and provides additional info on the type and contents of the text alerts.

• Report Type – Detail will generate detailed reports of each text alert sent out. Such as whom to it is sent, when, device number, time, etc.
• Report Type – Summary will generate a one page summary of the text alerts without going into too much detail.
