Employee Access Change report
This report will show the maintenance that has been done on an employee’s access. To generate a report, you must have a valid date entered in both Date boxes.
- Employee Changed: When checked, a search field appears and the Employee Name can be entered. All maintenance performed on that employee will appear on the report.
- Changed By User: Enter the Username of the employee, and the maintenance performed by that employee will appear on the report.
- Action: Shows the type of maintenance that was performed: Insert, Update, or Delete.
- Field Name: Provides the option to search by the field or fields in which the maintenance was performed.
