Pending Transfer Maintenance report

This report will show the maintenance that has been done on a customer’s pending/scheduled transfer. It will include the name and user name of the person who performed the maintenance, as well as the field name that was changed, whether it was inserted, updated or deleted, the old and new values, and the date and time the maintenance was done.

Report By Options

When a check box is selected, the search fields populate.

• Date: checkbox enables date boxes. A single date or range may be keyed in or selected from the calendar picker.

  

• Performing: checkbox enables filtering by the User Name of the person who performed the maintenance

  

• Actions: checkbox enables filtering by the maintenance action that was executed. Choices are Insert, Update and Delete. Select one, multiple or all options.

  

• Search Fields: checkbox brings allows selection of the 17 fields that can be included in the report. Any number of fields many be selected. There is also a “Select All” option. If no fields are chosen before “Get Report is clicked,” it will default to select all available fields.

  Fields that can be included are:

  1. Exceeded Xfer Limit
  2. Ext is Confirmed
  3. Frequency Type
  4. Frequency Value
  5. From Account
  6. From is External
  7. From Sub Account
  8. Markup Created
  9. Markup NSF
  10. Next Transfer Date
  11. Skip Next
  12. Start Date
  13. Stop Date
  14. To Account
  15. To is External
  16. To Sub Account
