Customer Access Change report
This report will track the maintenance that has been done on users, either by themselves, an employee or their master user if they are a Subuser. It will include the name and user name of the customer who was changed, the field name that was modified, whether it was inserted, updated, or deleted, the old and new values, the date/time that the maintenance was done and who it was done by.
A date is not required to generate a report. OOBA customer permissions are also available: Out of Band Authentication, Authentication on Login, Authentication on iPay Payee, and Authentication on iPay Subscriber.
- Report Category:
- All: list all records that were changed.
- User Performed: shows only access changes made by users.
- Employee Performed: shows only access changes made by employees.
- Masters on Sub-Users: shows only access changed for sub-users by their master user.
- Report By:
- Date: a date is not required to run the report, but can be used to filter the results.
- Affected: If checked, a search field will appear to enter the Username of the person affected by the changes.
- Performing: If checked, a search field will appear to enter the username of the person performing the changes.
- Search Fields: You can search by the type of maintenance that was performed:
